Brady is a 4th year graduate student in Dr. Zhandong Liu’s lab specializing in harnessing large language models for precision medicine: advanced approaches to rare disease gene prioritization and patient similarity matching
A myriad of other works including:
- Database interaction method development
- Mentor-Matching system for Texas Medical Center
- EEG seizure and cyclic alternating pattern of encephalopathy (CAPE) detection
- Clinical decision support systems engineering based on patient clinical notes and treatment protocols
Currently interning at Zoetis with the Precision Animal Health team following a passion for livestock and their well being.
